I am pretty disappointed that it will cost me over $300 a year to filter my water/ice dispenser that the salesperson talked me into. Retired now, had to get the fridge, but I feel like the cost of these twice yearly filtering systems is OTT, especially the piece of paper that is the Air filter. I also feel like they cost .85 to make, so the end consumer is bearing the brunt of this. I may just disconnect the water line at some point. Meh. Drawers were not packaged properly. Had a broken piece on arrival.
I can’t repair them. A piece broke from both drawers. They weren’t packaged properly. I didn’t even see fragile on the outside of the box. I need to return the drawers. I tried to go to The postal office but they’re charging over 100 dollars to ship both items. I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping. I need these items resent but packaged properly to avoid damage please.

When reading instructions, I noticed it said to run water through the water filter. I don’t have a water dispenser ~ I only occasionally make ice. So how often should I change, Barely used. The red light will go on, can I just ignore it?

Which way do you insert this air filter, or does it matter which side of the filter is facing toward the front of refrigerator.

Why does the replacement air filter #PAULTRA2 look different than the air filter that came with the refrigerator?

Hello Shelley, thank you for writing. There are more than one Air filters that are called PAULTRA 2. It replaces PURE AIR ULTRA 2, PAULTRA 2, 242047805 and 4582822. We hope this helps.
