My washer is not spinning my cloths well, they are still soaking wet. It makes loud noise while spinning. I can turn the drum with no resistance, wondering if it's the belt or something else. Also is this hard to do yourself?

The oven do not work whirlpool product parts number is 9760422 can you please let me know if you have this parts.i am not sure if it is the temperature sensor not working, turn on it flash f3e2 can you please help to let me know. Thank you
For model number Werp3100ps 3
Hi Paulette, thank you for contacting us. F3E2 means that your oven thinks your oven sensor is shorted. This is either a bad oven sensor or a bad display relay control board. You cannot test the board, but you can test the sensor. Open the door and remove the 3-4"-long, thin metal rod attached to the back wall. Remove the two screws that hold the sensor in place, and then pull the sensor forward until you can disconnect it. With a multimeter, check the resistance of the sensor at room temperature, it should be about 1080 ohms. If you get a reading that is far off from that, replace the sensor, part number PS11749737, otherwise, you need to replace your relay control board. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of assistance!

The washer works fine except for a high-pitched squeal near the spin cycle. Generally, it only happens once a wash but now and then it will happen twice in the same wash. Would replacing the belt fix this or should I go with the clutch assembly as well?
For model number WTW6120HW0
Hello Timothy, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the drive belt, part number PS12578772. It connects the drive motor to the drive system in the washer to spin the basket. A damaged drive belt can cause the dryer to be noisy. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
