Hello Minh, Thank you for contacting us. The "E11" error occurs when the washer takes too long to fill with water. After a set amount of time, the washer stops filling and will automatically drain if not enough water has been added. We have researched your model and recommend checking the water inlet valve and housing, the dispenser to tub hose, and the fill hoses going into the washer.
