The washer is stuck in the drain cycle and all lights are no longer lit on the front, what could be the issue?
For model number WTW5000DW1

Hello Joanna, Thank you for the question. This is normally an issue with the cycle timer. This model has the timer built into the control board, PartSelect Number PS12114296 so it will need to be replaced. Hope this helps!

Actuator is not shifting washer into spin cycle. Replaced the actuator same result. Possibly the control board needs to be replaced.

Hello Mike, thank you for writing. If the washer will not spin, it is most likely due to the Drive Belt, part number PS11747978 for your model. You may also want to consider the Drive Pulley, part number PS10057144. Good luck with your repair!

My washer over-fills the tub and the pressure tube is in perfect condition and not clogged. It's only 2 years old, but do i already need to replace the main control board??
For model number Wtw5000dw1
PartSelect logo
Hello Nate, thank you for inquiring. For this symptom if it is not the Water Pressure Hose part PS11741846, then it will be the Water Inlet Valve part PS12349267. We hope this helps.

My washer will not turn on, or enter diagnostic mode. It appears to not be receiving any power. The outlet that it is plugged into works fine. Could it be the control panel?
For model number WTW5000D
PartSelect logo
Hi Bruce, Thank you for your question. If the washer will not start, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the lid switch assembly, the lid latch strike, the belt, the lid bumper, the washer drive pulley, the lid hinge mounting screw and the bezel. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.

Can an older model control board work in place of a newer model?
For model number 1CWTW4705GW0

Lid will only lock on rinse & spin?
For model number WTW5000DW
PartSelect logo
Hello Jeanette, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the control board, part number PS12114296. The main control board controls when the lid lock should secure the lid and when to release it. You can test the board with a multimeter to pinpoint the fault. We hope this sorts out your problem!

When i connect in power the washer start and the light painel be all off, maybe control board?
For model number WTW5000DW1

Hi Everton, thank you for your question. Yes, usually when your control panel lights are not working that would generally have something to do with the control board itself. You may also want to check the wiring as well. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
