My ‘over the stove’ light is on all the time. I can cycle through the “Light” switch and see FULL, HALF, and OFF, but the light stays on. Will replacing the control panel fix this problem? Or do I need to replace another part?

Hello Sherry, thank you for your question. Yes, this is a very simple repair. First remove the top vent above the microwave. Once that is removed you will see a small screw at the to of the control panel that can be removed and then the control panel will lift up and out of the unit. Once the wiring harnesses are un clipped, the new panel can be installed. I hope this helps!
