Is part returnable if wrong?

Thank you for your inquiry. We have a 30 day return policy. Parts must be in resalable condition to qualify.
All electrical parts must not have been installed.
Returned items that have been installed will not be returned to customer.
Customer is responsible for shipping returned parts back to PartSelect.
Any item received after 60 days of shipment date will not be refunded. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

If the control board no longer lights up, will that effect the fridge running properly? It will light up when pressed, but nothing will stay on. It will no longer keep stuff cool. needing to know if the control panel replacement will correct the fridge not working.

Does this repair kit come with instructions?

Hello Mandi,
Thanks for your question. This part does not come with instructions for installation, but it is a simple installation procedure nonetheless. You will need to remove the control panel from the fridge after unplugging the fridge, and it may be somewhat sticky due to the adhesive common on these models.

Our water dispenser button no longer works. When we try to select water over ice it doesn't change to water. It lights up a few lights but won't change to water. What part would we need?
