Super easy repair!
Wrecked our control panel by leaving the oven door slightly cracked open to cool off. Thankfully found a YouTube video showing exactly what we needed to do to fix it…then found this part on partselect! It showed up at our house within a couple days of ordering, I took the control panel apart, pulled out the old one, snapped this one back in and, easy peasy, it was fixed! So thrilled!!

It appears i will need an internal fuse for this double oven. How do i access the control panel to replace this part?
For model number KEBS209BSP01
Hi Steve,
Thank you for your question. Before you begin the repair please shut the power off to the oven junction box. Then open the oven door so you can use a Phillips head screw driver to remove the screws securing the wall oven frame to the cabinet. Once you have completed this, you will need to slide the oven out of the wall by about 4 inches. You will need someone to help you do this. Then use the screw driver or a quarter inch nut driver to unthread the screws to release the 2 control panel mounting brackets. Then remove the screws securing the panel assembly. Lift the control panel assembly up to detach. Remove the both the ground and communication wires so you can fully remove the control panel from the oven. Use needle nose pliers to help disconnect the 2 wire connectors from the fuse. Release the studs from the mounting bracket, so you can remove the old fuse. Install the new fuse by snapping the mounting studs into the holes of the mounting brackets. Connect the wire connectors to the correct wire terminals. Reinstall the control panel by first connecting the communication wire to the user interface board and the grounding wire to the grounding tab. Then realign the control panel onto the frame and secure it with the screws. Realign the mounting brackets and secure them with the screws. Push the wall oven back into the cabinet. Make sure the side trim pieces are in place and secure it to the cabinet with the screws. With the repair completed, you can now turn the power back on to the oven and everything should not work for you. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

We need to change the fuse cuz the oven electronics just died. This has happened before, but this time it went out after clean cycle so the bottom oven door is locked. How do we unscrew the unit from the wall? I think we need to get access from opening the door
