My interior oven lights work, but I don't have any lighting for the control panel. When i push the buttons they beep but don't turn the oven on. The entire panel is dark.

Hello Natalia, Thank you for the question. This sounds like an issue with the Control Board, Part #: PS990206. I looked up the part and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued. There is no part substitutions listed. My suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers. Hope this helps!

My Whirlpool built-in microwave/oven control panel is broken. How can I replace it? Do I have to pull the whole unit out to remove the panel? If so, how can I pull the unit out?
For model number GMC305PRB00
Hello Stephen,
Thanks for your question. Make sure the appliance is unplugged. Remove the two screws on the inside bottom after removing the two screws from the trim, then slide the old control panel upwards, which will unhook it from the frame.
I hope this helps.
