One size does NOT fit all
We ordered multiple replacement knobs for our gas range. They are supposed to be the same yet they all don't fit the same. On the back it showed a different end number on each if that means anything. Some are sitting very high and others are flush. Buyer beware.

Easy replacement
Wow this was so easy. Yes the knobs are plastic but they have lasted 11 years. I was more amazed at the replacement process. Once you order, the parts we’re at my door in 2 days!

Breaks immediately
I bought these for the third time in a few years and one break almost immediately. They are so cheaply made it is unreal. For 25$ each you would think they would last. Very poor quality.

continually having to replace the knobs because they are made of cheap plastic and split down the side for whatever reason I don't know. I do not know what I am doing to cause them to split down a side. Why can't they be made of a heavier metal?

Burner knobs on cooktop melted
I have been trying to find replacement knobs for months. I was having difficulty locating the model # on my actual cooktop and was told time and time again without it I would be out of luck. The # on the knob apparently meant nothing, go figure. This website actually had a picture!!!!! Eureka!!! I located my knobs! Great price, simple to put on, this website made my day. Thanks!!!!! :)

electrode clicked but failed to light burner
I first tried to remove the torx screws only to have them break off..soooo as with most home repairs it grew into a bigger task. 1) unhooked the gas line and unplugged the unit 2) place the unit upside down on workbench 3) used a socket set to remove the hex screws that held the top on 4)removed all the other burners and disconnected electrical wire connected to the igniters. 5) Removed the top 6) uses pliers to remove the screw parts left in the burner base (wd-40 and lock wrench)..Replaced the old gaskets 7) put the top back on and screwed the top back on (make sure you pull the igniter wires through the top before securing it) 8) Reseat and screw in the burners using a torx bit

Shafts on burner knobs had split.
I thought I had ordered metal knobs but it appears that I got plastic ones. I’m thinking they’ll be fine, the others had just split the shaft that sits on the control stem, but I’m hoping this won’t happen again. I do have a repair question regarding one of the sealed burners on my Jenn-Air. The igniter switch sounds like it’s working but the burner won’t light without putting a match to it. Do you have any ideas of what could be wrong?
Thanks for your help,
Carol Lance

Looking for this replacement part but in metal? The plastic version melts
Hi Lyne, unfortunately the manufacturer only makes this WP7733P410-60 knob in plastic, and does not have an all metal design. Please let us know if you have any further questions!

I ordered this part and it came with the plastic sleeve inside the knob but my stove does not need it…. Can I remove it without messing up the knob
Hello Marcus, you can remove the plastic sleeve inside the knob, but we recommend using very little pressure when removing it. Both replacement parts are quite delicate and require you to be careful so the knob is not damaged in the processes. I hope this helps!

So you mentioned no tools are needed for this repair but how do you get the knoby thing off. I tried pulling them and they will not move. I also tried snapping them off with a screwdriver but couldn’t do it. I’m scared to go underneath and break or scratch something, whats the best method to get the thing off!
Hi Lill, great question! This knob is meant to come off with no tools. We recommend grabbing the knob with a firm grip and giving it a strong pull. The should come straight off the shaft without needing to pry them off. Best of luck with this repair!

I found part ps11744702 which resembles the knob on my Jenn-Air stove. My question is how wide is this knob? I previously ordered from your company a knob that was not wide enough to cover the hole in the knob's surface on the stove. Thanks for your help on this.
