Hi, the f9 error code comes on suddenly and the oven stops working. The door latch rotated continuously. Occasionally the “lock” sign comes on. Would this part solve the problem?
For model number JDS9860AAP
Hello Zimian, Thank you for the question. The F9 indicates a defective Door Latch Assembly, PartSelect Number PS2083404. I looked up the part and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued. There is no part substitutions listed. My suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers. Hope this helps!

How to test of relay is not working
For model number WP74003482
Hi Ken, thank you for contacting us. You will need to test voltages coming to the relay to check the relay. This is a double line break relay. It is responsible for supplying one side 120 VAC, to both the bake and broil elements. In the NO terminal, you should find 120 VAC coming to the relay. On the common split terminal, there should be 120 on each wire. If the voltages values are correct, then relay is working properly. We hope this helps!

Why will the convection oven blower fan not turn?
For model number JDS9860AAP
Hello Preston,
Thanks for your question. We would recommend testing the dual convection fan motor for continuity with a multi-meter, and replacing it if it does not show continuity. If that part is showing continuity but the convection fan still does not work, consider replacing the control board.
The part number for the control board is PS11742969 if your range's serial number begins with 17 or higher. If your serial number begins with 16 or less, you will need part number PS11742968 for the control board.
I hope this helps.
