The bottom oven element of the Bosch Microwave/ Oven HMC80252UC/01 is not turning on . Not sure if element needs changing or is there a fuse associated with it that just might need changing. If there is a fuse , where is it and how do I access it?

Hi Gino, thank you for contacting us. The fuse, part number PS10060777, is located near the motor on the noise filter PCB. The fuse, part number PS10060776, is located near the magnetron. You can access them by removing the top cover of the oven. The reason your oven is not turning on may be the result of a bad diode, part number PS8770335. If the diode in a microwave burns, the magnetron will not be receiving enough voltage for it to operate. A faulty door sensor can also cause the oven to not operate properly. You can check both door switches, part numbers PS10060778 and PS8727790, using a multimeter continuity test. Replace them if they are faulty. Check the bottom heating element using a multimeter continuity test. If there is no continuity, the bottom element, part number PS10061151, needs to be replaced. We hope this solves your problem!
