Re 404 turntable rollers: Are the rollers available as a separate item?

Can the built in roller be separately? The microwave makes sparks when in use and it is coming from the built in roller of the black turntable

Hi Jean, thank you for the question. The turntable roller is not sold separately. You may be required to order the entire turntable. If sparks appear underneath your microwave's turntable, this is most probably because of stains or food debris on the roller ring. We would recommend cleaning it to see if that makes a difference. If it is broken or damaged, you may need to replace it. The turntable for your model is part number PS10061150. Glad to be of assistance!
