Plastic tabs broke off holding the vent grill
Parts arrived quickly and in good order. The plastic tabs had broken because of heat and excess cooking oils etc. Make sure it is kept clean. Take care loosening the screws holding the top of the grill(black) Easy to find and loosen. Take care that the broken tabs dont fall inside the frame as one of mine did. It does not seem to cause a problem. Installed new grill put two screws in and done.

The glass microwave turntable for the microwave was dropped and it brokd.
Opened the box, put the glass turntable on the center fitted over the three little bumps.

Light on hood of microwave burned out.
Removed tiny screw from under the microwave that held the lid shut where the light was located. Took out old bulb and replaced with new one. Very easy!!!!

Timer and clock button switches failed.
Removed control panel assembly. Removed control board from front panel. Installed control board into new front panel. Reinstalled control panel assembly.

Halogen Ligjt bulb needed replacing

Rack Bracket Holder Broken
Take the pliers and place a tight grip on the broken rack bracket, twist toward front of microwave until loose, pop out and by hand insert new rack bracket, twist toward the back of microwave until fully in place. One side was slightly harder than the other taking off and replacing rack bracket.
