Crisper draw and plastic boundary around glass shelf broken
Simply remove draw replace plastic boundary then replace draw

Ice maker not making ice
Located problem part of ice maker on web site. Picked the part that had the highest percentage of being the the part that was broken (58% I think). Removed the part, waited for the new part, then put it all back together. Simple. It works great. Thanks for having such an easy web site to diagnose the problem.

the original crisper drawer cover had broken into several pieces
my husband took the part and fastened it in. This only took a couple of minutes. He then replaced the glass and slid the drawer in. It probably took longer to open the box and take the part out, than it did to replace the part.

the part was delivered in record time. excellent service. so glad to find partselect.com

The tracts that hold the drawer were broken and the drawer would not work.
I replaced the Upper Crisper Drawer Cover in seconds. Back to normal!!

plastic broke
I took the glass insert from the old broken part, put it in the new part and put it in the refrigerator. Then I slid the crisper drawer in place.

took out the glass popped out the cover and put the new one on and put the glass on. DONE

Broken tabs
The tabs were broken by kids it took 10 minutes to repair on all 4 tabs you have to remove the push pins completed to get the new tabs to fit right

Refrigerator wasn't "winterized" ..This is a summer home, the cold winter cracked the water valve
I put the new unit up to the old one to see exactly how it goes, took the 2 screws holding the unt off...Took the 3 water lines off with adjustable wrench, put back exactly the same way and it worked with no leaks

Drawers wouldnt open
Replaced wall pins pulling center pins removeing set new ones replaced drawers. Damm Kids Busted the old ones it was easy to find your web site , parts and purchasse items as this was a new one It was diffacullt to use drawers

Shelf cracked while moving fridge
I removed the shelf and removed the glass (carefully) Cleaned the glass and re-installed it into the new frame that I ordered. Slid the whole thing in the fridge and then put the crisper drawer under the frame. Could not have been easier and the new part is even stronger and better quality than the original.
