Updating from the original grill pack to add two more burners
After locating the new 2 burner cartridge set on the Internet, I ordered it from PartSelect and it arrived in just two days, the day before Christmas. It was super easy to install, after quickly removing the old grill burner and covers, by just dropping the burner cartridge and pan into place and putting on the new burner grates. They match perfectly the original cast iron grates that came with the stove 7 years ago! It is nice to now have four full functioning burners.

One 25 yr-old burner was beginning to leak gas because of corrossion. Decided to replace all 4 burners.
Remove grates and pan. unscrew each burner from the metal cross mount bar, keeping in mind, the position of the cross mount bar.(Mine was not reversible.) Reverse the procedure with the new burners.
Adjust the air opening to eliminate any yellow flame. The air opening is located immediately adjacent to where the burner pipe goes into the cooktop. (Near the front of the cooktop in my case.)

Biggest problem was making sure the correct parts were ordered.

Burners would not light. Grates were warped
Ordered the part from you and received it on the third day. Simply unplugged the old assembly and plugged in the new one. Turned the control and the burners lit immediately. It was a piece of cake. The best part was a saving of near 100 dollars. I am extremely pleased.

I wanted to replace my grill/griddle attachment with 2 burners
Ordering was a snap, and I received the part only a couple of days after I ordered it.

This was easier than installing a lightbulb! All I did was take the part out of the packaging and plug the gas burner assembley in, add the cover to the burners and add the iron burners plates on top. The entire thing took less than 5 minutes!!

Burnner rusty and will not start with electric start.
Removed and installed burners in less than 15 min with just a nut driver. Replacing the burn ere did not fix the starting problem, but replacing them did improve the hurried flame.

The stove top parts were stained and unsightly. I did not realize but the burners did not light correctly--i just adjusted. I was about to have an appliance person come fix the burners I use most. The burners came with the tray and grates.
I removed the old burner assembly and replaced it with the new one. No tools necessary. The stove looks brand new.

Burners would not light - rusted
New front burners fit well, but back ones had just enough variance in tne angle of the gas-supply tube that it would not fit the mounting bracket holding both burners in place. I had to grind a small flange off of the bracket so the gas tube would clear. Once that was done the burners worked well.
