The drawer dropped down and would not easily open or shut or fit up good when closed. A quick inspection showed that one of the rear drawer guides was broken. Followed instructions shown in video on line.

I just pulled out the drawer, and inserted the replace part into the little hole that the old one was. It works great.Very easy to do.

With screw driver, popped out old glide and popped in new ones. Apparently there are some pieces missing that the front drawer glides slide on. I have not found a picture so I don't know what they are. partselect was very prompt in sending what I did order. Thanks.

Removed the old oven racks and put in the new ones.

After watching the videos on removing and replacing the front and rear glides on the bottom drawer, I was able to take the bottom drawer out, use a screwdriver to pry all the glides out of their slots and snap them all back in place in less than a minute. Without the videos I was completely helpless in knowing the sequences to performing ... Read more this task.

lifted the top took out the old part that was broke, then put the new part in. (very simple)

This was the easiest do it yourself repair job to be had so simple just push the new clip in the hole and you are done so easy. Audrey

the rear glides were missing on the back of the drawer so the drawer would pull out but when pulled back in, would tip down and not catch on anything. I ordered the parts then found an instructional youtube and watched it. Easy repair, cheap!

poped out the old ones and new ones slide right in.

Followed the instructional video , removed the drawer, popped out the damaged part, inserted the new part, replaced the drawer. Didn't need any tools and the job took less than 10 minutes to do.

I took the new plastic glider out of the bag and it took me about 2 minutes to fix the drawer!!! EASY!!!!! Thanks. carol
