The most difficult part was taking the old, snap-together, parts off. The new parts were easy and quick to install.

I ordered this thinking I would probably need more parts, but was unsure which ones. When the part arrived I immediately noticed that it was not identical to the original part, but looked like it may work. I also received an instruction book that I did not expect. The first side probably took 15 or more minutes. The second side was installed in just a couple minutes. The toughest part was removing the old pieces.

Nomenclature of parts were not named with a drawing, Photos of instructions were very dark and unable to ascertain which was which , they were worthless. It took me 20 minutes to figure out where the new parts belonged. Keep in mind the new parts were different than the old parts. A simple sketch would have helped a lot.

The parts seemed more sturdy than the originals that broke, so I hope this will be a better design. The instructions were adequate for installation and the adapter for the screws was supplied with the parts. The most difficult part was removing the old broken rack adjusters since there was no instruction for that.

Rubber friction sleeves on each side of the door provide resistance to prevent the door from quickly opening when unlatched. Over time the friction sleeve may crack and fail. Two friction sleeves are required for repair. Install a new sleeve on each side of the dishwasher door near the spring connector at the bottom.

Open dishwasher door.

Remove the screw from the left and right bracket at top of dishwasher door opening. Brackets secure the dishwasher to the countertop.

Gently pull the dishwasher forward to expose the door spring on each side of door at bottom.

Unhook the plastic spring connector from the left door spring hook by pulling the connector slightly forward and lifting from the door spring hook. Remove the old friction sleeve if still in place by sliding over the door connection hook. Discard the old sleeve.

Insert the new friction sleeve over the door spring connector hook and push until the friction sleeve is in position completely past the spring hook. Reconnect the plastic spring connector to the door hook.

Repeat for right side of door.

Close and latch the dishwasher door. Unlatch the door. The door should remain in the nearly closed position held in place by the friction sleeves.

Slide the dishwasher back to the original position under the counter top.

Insert the screws in the top brackets to secure the dishwasher.

To remove the old parts off the top rack I used a jack knife & a needle nosed plier. The pictures were small in the instructions especially where it showed the small backing plate that held the part that slides up & down. I installed it wrong but I could easily remove it once I pushed in the the tab with a knife blade & then installed it correctly. The updated metal wheels are a big improvement & it works fine now. Huge savings because I did it myself, anyone can do it if you're not in a hurry.

Read the instructions, removed old parts, installed the first side in about 4-5 minutes, second side about 3 minutes. Took longer to read instructions, than to repair. This is a great repair package, this appears to be a lot better than original parts. Fast service, very helpful customer service personal for return parts, as I ordered parts I didn't need. Instruction sheet is good but should stress that the thumb pads must face the front side of the dishwasher.

Really went well. Very easy to repair

The instructions that came with the parts do not tell you how to remove the old adjusters from the rack. I found a video on YouTube ( Appliance Video.com) that takes you step by step on how to remove the old parts and how to install the new ones. The video made the repair easy.

Removed old adjuster rack from both sides using a screw driver. Followed directions provided with rack adjuster kit and installed new adjuster on both sides.

This was my 4th time replacing these parts. Old parts where all plastic and I was lucky to get 6 months before they all disintegrated from the hot water washing. New parts are steel and replacing the old plastic parts was a piece of cake. Looks and even feels much stronger! Excellent youtube video

Dismantled one side of dish rack and rebuilt that side with the new parts and then did the other side. Second side took a lot less time. IT took a while to figure out how to dismantle the old unit as the parts pictures you sent were not too clear in showing the parts.
