I am NOT handy, but my husband was gone when the wheels and stud/axles came. I was able to replace all of them in about ten minutes with no tools. Easy and no more frustrations!!!!!
I removed the old seal, cleaned behind it, and then put the new seal in. We saw a video on You Tube on how to do it. Partselect also sent instructions on a e mail with the order receipt. Just snapped studs and wheels together and put them into place.

Broken axle which hold wheel on lower rack

Easy install, snap in new axle and put wheel on stud. Be sure to check all wheels for any replacement due to heat melting wheels on rack.

Replaced interlock assembly as one of the possible causes. The replacement was easy, but this was not the final fix. I also replaced the water inlet valve, flood switch and finally found that there was large calcification within the drain tube assembly (not visible, but was blocking water). Got a new flexible tubing and new drain hose,
