Dryer ran, but no heat
After checking PartSelect.com on what the cause could be, I went ahead and ordered the Heating Element and the One Time Use Thermal Fuse before testing anything. While I was waiting for shipment I went ahead and Unplugged the unit and removed the 12 screws that held the back on with a 5/16" nut driver, then removed the three wires clipped on the heating Element, removed the two 1/4" nut drive screws (one on each side) holding the heating element in place, and just pulled down then out. Tested the element for continuity, and it checked out fine. So I then tool the 2 wires off the One Time Thermal Fuse, then with the 1/4" nut driver I removed the one screw holding it in place, took it out and checked the continuity, and sure enough it was blown. This also gave me the opportunity to clean out the exaust path through the back, which is where the fuse gets it reading in the first place. No wonder it blew, it was really restricted (first time ever cleaned in over 15 yrs)... Installed the new fuse, and it dries as well as it did the day I got it. I'll keep the Heating Element for future use...By the way, You can test these two parts without removing them from the drier first, but I didn't have a lot of room, so it was much easier to remove them first.

Male door latch would no longer catch.
After ordering the part, I read the information left by other users. I used a screw driver to pop out the piece, and then put the new latch in the opening. A gentle pop with the side of my hand, and the door latch went right into place. Who knew there was a second door latch on the other side that could've been used?

Had issues with removing the inner tub
Had a lot of corrosion on the shaft area and had a hard time removing the inner tub but after some WD-40 and unprintable words and labor it popped off. Cleaned everything up, shaft, inner drum and outer drum. After that everything was a piece of cake. Thanks for the help!

no heat from dryer
Replaced the heating element. No heat. We discovered the trouble shooting page on the website and bought a new thermostat and a fuse (as an afterthought; and with the suggestion of the customer service lady). We put the new thermostat in and tested the dryer--still no heat. Then installed the new fuse. The dryer works better than before! The heating element may have been going out, because I have noticed for the last year, it has not been drying as well. Now the clothes dry in half the time.

I was missing a dryer door handle
I called the 1-800 number, spoke to Nicole who took down the model number I gave her and she ordered me the part which arrived in a couple days and I popped in right in. This was the easiest repair I have ever made. Nicole's professionalism and knowledge was great and I would order from this company again anytime.

Machine wobbled during spin cycle. Appeared to have some loosened part in the rear of the machine (noted some flexing on the front of the cabinet during spin).
Disconnected electrical and then water inputs on the rear of the cabinet. Tipped the machine onto its front. Found that a spring was unhooked and dangling from a bracket. I searched for the location to secure the spring and found a hole on the rear base of the cabinet rusted through. I drilled another mounting hole nearby, Since the original spring had also broke, I replaced it with a new one from PartSelect, securing it between its bracket and the new retaining hole. Returned the machine to its upright position, reconnected water input lines, then its electrical. The machine works fine once again.

Stuck it in, done. The really good thing was your website - the BEST I've ever used to order anything on the web, bar none. SO clear, SO organized, SO logical, SO easy to use. I just wish other companies using the internet to sell things would learn from you guys. Kudos to you and your webmaster, really outstanding.
