After watching your video, and reviewing the directions, I was able to change the rollers, the belt and tension bar with ease. The parts cost me slightly under 50.00 and now the noise is gone and my dryer works great. I am very pleased with PARTSELECT and would use them again. The parts were at my house within three days of placing the order !!!

Found the perfect maintenance kit and helpful repair video on PartSelect.com. Factory replacement parts were delivered quickly along with written installation instructions.Never needed them. Just performed the repair while watching the step by step video. Dryer works great, no noise. A very happy customer.

My dryer all of a sudden stopped tumbling. When I opened up the machine, it turns out that the drive belt was broken. I simply put in the model number in PartSelect.com and found this kit that came with the belt, and drum rollers. The belt fixed the tumbling issue, and after replacing the rollers, the machine is as quite as a mouse! The instructional video helped show me exactly what to do and expect. This was my first time fixing an appliance, and it only took me 45 minutes!

I had my laptop next to me and paused the tutorial video
as I did each step to chnage the drum rollers, idler pully and belt. Dryer runs great with no more screeching!

Followed instructions that came with the dryer with the exception of the idler pulley which I didn't install because this maintenance kits idler pulley does not match my dryers. Not even close. I would have had to cut or drill holes to make it work. Since I knew it was the rollers that were the problem. Dryer worked great once I was done, but it probably would have been cheaper for me to order the parts individually without the Idler Pulley if I wasn't going to replace one.

I watched your video that showed me how to remove the top then the face of the dryer. I then removed the drum and belt,after which I could then remove the support wheels and the belt tension wheel.I replaced the support wheels and tension wheel,the hardest part was removing the little plastic locking keepers that hold the support wheels in place. After that I was able to reinstall the drum with the new belt and reinstall the face and top of the dryer. My 15 year old dryer works great just like new. Thanks

Ordered a parts kit with belt, tensioner, rollers, & clips, but did not use. Unfortunately, the kit was not correct for this model, regardless of the sales reps assurances. The kit had two rollers, our unit has four. The belt tensioner was not even close to being the same. However, a thorough cleaning of the interior with vacuum and rag was done. Removed, cleaned, and lubed each of the four rollers and the tensioner wheel as well. Lubed with small amounts of sewing machine oil on the axles and light spray of silicone on plastic to plastic contact points. Voila! It's as quiet as new.

I purchased the maintenance kit and followed the video on part select.com. Replacing the drum wheels, pully and belt was not difficult. I probably found enough coins in the dryer to pay for the maintenance kit. The only tricky part was getting the cap on the end of the axle. It requires a bit of force applied evenly.

I ordered the maintenance kit because it was recomended for my application and the symptoms my dryer was exhibiting. However this kit did not apply to my model. My model contained 4 drum rollers, only 2 came with the kit, and the idler pulley setup was completely different. I should have pulled the dryer apart first to compare pictures to the actual parts. No big deal, prompt refund after a quick phone call to Parts select. I was able to fix my idler pulley with a couple of new nylon washers and a new snap ring to hold it in place. Remove the lint filter. Remove top without disturbing control wiring -- turn top on end but make sure it cannot fall. Unhook contacts on door switch. Remove screws hloding front panel and kick plate. Remove door hinge springs. Remove front panel and kick plate.Fish out old broken belt. Remove drum. Vacuum out all the lint. Reposition/replace pulley assembly and wheels. Place new belt around drum. Reinstall drum being careful to properly position the seal at rear. Prop up the drum with a suitable sized article to keep it in position temporarily - or have someone else hold it in position. Thread drive belt through pulley assembly per directions and put over drive hub. Manually turn drum to ensure proper belt and seal positioning. Put front panel back on. Turn drum while inspecting seal -- use putty knife to slip under seal if necessary to ensure its not folded under drum lip. Remove the prop holding up drum. Reinstall door hinges springs.Reinstall kick plate. Reinstall top.

Replaced belt,wheels,idler arm and drive motor.Used video instructions from PartSelect.Instructions are spot on.All replacement parts were correct ans fit like a clove.Orderinig was esaey.Staff was friendly and knowleable.Parts arrived quikly with out using next day service.I will use PartSelect in the future and recomend the company to my coworkers and friens.

Used a ropeasround the dyer drum to simulate thebelt to peload the idler This allowed me to get the belt over the motor shaft without the idler sping tenion causing the idler to jump at random timesafer I strted using the rope the belt was on in 10 minutes.

Ordered entire Maintenance kit - good call because it was the tensioner pulley that failed and cut the belt. To replace, had to raise the top (2 screws in lint screen slot)and pull the entire front off (2 screws - 1/ea on top inner edge of front door panel then lift it up and out) Replaced both rollers, then used the parts kit shipping box to prop up the front of the drum while installing the belt and tensioner pully. Re-assembled in reverse order, works fine.

Followed the directions on the web site. made a hook out of a wire hanger to hold the drum in place (hook from the back frame to the front of the drum) while I set the belt tensioner in place. removed the hook and the rest was easy.Works Great!!! like a new machine.

Everyone said changing a dryer belt was a piece of cake.They did not tell the truth it is a difficult job. I am a 52 year old female and I had a problem. You have to take the whole drum out. I finally completed the job but i had to prop the drum up with blocks so I could screw in the front panel. I think for those who want to change the belt I would go smoother with two people so the can hold things in place while the other one screws the panels back. I also think taking the dryer door off make the front panel a lot more easier to put in palce.
