Freezer and fridge over cooling. Control knobs seem to have no effect. Freezer -20 or lower. Fridge 20.

Thank you for your question. If the refrigerator and the freezer section are too cold, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the temperature sensor, the defrost thermostat, the temperature control and the defrost heater. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Refrigerator area is not getting cold enough
