Cartridge 4 Spades - Stainless Steel JEA7000ADSA

This was VERY easy. We simply unplugged the old stainless steel dual coil cartridge out of the Jenn-Air and plugged the new one in to it's place.
We also replaced the old non stick griddle and bought a black cartridge cover. And "wha-lah" we had a new looking cooktop. Great cust. service.
Making sure that the recepticles were matched up at the time of ordering was very important as there are two types.

I popped out the old burner cartridges and gladly threw them away and popped in the new ones. They work great and no banging! I changed out the old grease filter in the down draft and put the new grill grate on top of the grill in seconds. The timer knob fit well but the burner knobs did not so I had to return those. My "new" stove top looks basically the same except new. The grill grate being black updates the look somewhat. The best thing is that the burners work. Thanks for everything.

replaced the coil element cartridges (3 inluding a grill/griddl unit). no tools required. For a fraction of the cost to replace, our old cooktop looks and works like it did 18 years ago. Who would have thought! Thanks.

removed the grill element and plugged in the new cartridge element. very simple

Old cartridge is simply raised and slips out of the plug located at the end of the pannel. New cartridge was inserted in the plug and lowered onto the range top. Done!

We just unplugged the cartriage and plugged in the new ones Took more time to get it out of the package than install. Cooking in least than 15 minutes ordering was easy and I called in dont trust internet with my credit card info yet Im over 60 you see But she was very helpful Wasnt sure about the grill screen because we had thrown away the old one. Clerk on phone helped me by measurements and elimination of all filters listed and it proved to be the correct one. Cant believe I waited so long before looking for parts. I was looking for a new cooktop that would have been 7 times the cost of these parts. Cook top looks like new

My poor Jenn-air was about to kick the bucket, when I came across parts select. For under $ 500.00 I was able to get all new burners, knobs and grease jars. This and a few hours of scrubbing I am back to brand new stove. I had a repair man cme out and blessed my stove dead, microwave unsafe and about $1500.00 to repair the Jenn-air. Let just say for the money saved from Parts select, I got a real nice stove and microwave installed for the same amount quoted for the repair of the Jenn-air. Remove and replace with new. No tools required.

First of all, I could not believe how quickly I received the 2 new Jenn-Air Coil element cartridges!! It seemed like I had just ordered them and next thing I knew, Fed-Ex was ringing my doorbell to deliver them!! Also, I received both cartridge boxes at the same time so this was really great! My experience in the past in ordering two of one item is that the second item is usually shipped a few days later.

This was one of the easiest installations & repairs I have ever done! Given the age of the stove, the old cartridges had a burner on each one that did not work properly. Also, one of the cartridges was beginning to rust on the underside, due to age.

It took approximately 2 minutes to remove the old burner cartridges and install the new ones. All I had to do is slightly lift the lip edge of the cartridge and "unplug" it from the stove which merely entailed either moving the cartridge toward me or away from me, depending on which side of the stove I was replacing the cartridge on. Then, I just simply slid the cartridge into the appropriate plug in the stove. That was it!

I immediately checked all burners and I could not believe the difference! The burners immediately reached the desired temperature whereas the old elements that worked took a couple of minutes to heat properly. Now, the Jenn-Air looks like a new stove and is ready for holiday cooking!!! Thank you so very much for processing my order quickly. I will definitely order any future parts needed from your company.
