My microwave will not power up, with no lights on the control panel. Electrical outlet and circuit breakers are working. Does the complete control panel need to be replaced? What is your recommendation? Is there a ‘fix’ that i can do without calling an expensive technician to my home?

Hello Rick, Thank you for the question. Before replacing the control board, I suggest trying the Fuse, PartSelect Number: PS2370184. If blown it will cut power off to the appliance. Hope this helps!

Keypad shorted message and now only the #6 express button works. This is the 3rd time the microwave has done this now and i dont remember what part i replaced last time. Is the control panel? And why does this keep happening?

Hello Kevin, thank you for your question. Yes, the keypad is a part of the control panel Part #: PS8755556. There could be moisture getting into the control panel - we would recommend using the vent fan when using the cooktop under the microwave (if applicable). I hope this helps!
