I asked ? Before but didn't include model #. The washer floor tray pm7x1, does it need to have the drain installed? I assume it doesn't have a hole for drain, that one is drilled if used. Can it be used without drain? Would it be worthwhile to use that way? Putting in new washer/dryer don't know drainage hookup till old one removed.Thanks

Can I use the PVC connector on the side of the tray instead of the floor?
