Hello Castor, thank you for your question. It sounds like the issue is with the pressure switch. The pressure switch detects the water level in the tub. We would recommend testing the PartSelect Number: PS7320331 Pressure switch, and also check the pressure tube and water valve. I hope this helps!

no cold water into washing tub

Hello Richard, thank you for asking. We have researched your model and found that the issue could be caused by a faulty inlet assembly, part number PS9491778. It fills water into the tub. If that does not help, we recommend replacing the valve, part number PS12343369. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so.
