Stop basket and right side shelf support were broken.
Used needle nosed pliers to twist and pull out remainder of broken parts (regular pliers would work, fingers might). Used fingers to insert replacements. So, simple, so glad I did it!

How does this part attach, and how many should there be i only have one and it came loose when cleaning out the ice on the floor of the unit. I also need a glide that snaps onto the bottom basket. I have one only. What part is this.

Hi Burton,
Thank you for your question. The part should just hook in to the side of the wall at the front. There should be one on either side of the refrigerator. The part number for the drawer slide-left or right side is PS977293. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I asked the following question: Part # ps648932-i have only one of these and need a second one. How doe it attach to the back wall of the freezer. What i received is the following:Part # ps977293 fits on the side of the refrig. So lets try again to answer my original question. Hello Burton, Thank you for your inquiry. We apologize for the misunderstanding. In the parts diagram, we show the basket stop part PS648932 going into a hole at the side of the liner, not the back. The diagram does not show one attaching to the back. The part number for the drawer glides for the bottom basket is part# PS977293 mfr part# 297013500, you would need two. Hope this helps!
