Hello, my freezer door ajar keeps beeping even though the door is completely closed. There is a missing piece at the bottom that fell off. It is a circle shape part. If you could please direct me in ordering the correct part i would greatly appreciate it.Thank you

Hello Kim, thank you for inquiring. You can stop the alarm by pressing "set" or "alarm reset key" just once. If this is not working, check to be sure that the appliance is level and that the Door Gasket is not deteriorating. The replacement Door Gasket for your model is part number PS11770645. The missing piece you are referring to sounds like it could be this Door Closing Cam part number PS426018 for your model, which may possibly be causing the issue as well. I hope this helps!
