Washer makes loud thumping noise when spinning and quits running do i need part 100 3 of them

Hello Judy, thank you for your question. Yes, the suspension rods are usually what need to be replaced when the washer starts making lots of noise and is unbalanced. You would need to order 4 of Part #: PS3635695. I hope this helps!
