LE code appeared
From my research, I thought I needed to replace the Hall Sensor (also known as the Rotor Positioning Sensor). The Part Select site informed me that I might need to also replace the Rotor Assembly. The site said that I could not order just the Hall Sensor - I needed to order the Washer Motor Stator which would include the Hall Sensor. When I received the order, I found that the Motor Stator did not include the Hall Sensor. I found that I could order a part that matched the Hall Sensor I removed from my machine. I then ordered that part. I installed just the new Hall Sensor - the machine worked. I have returned the unused parts.
Displayed LE error even with a couple of pair of socks as a load
I ordered the Rotor Assembly and Sensor Assy.. Rotor Assy. was not the problem. 1 - 17mm bolt in the center of the rotor assy. 6 10mm bolts to take off the Stator assy. once you have the Stator assy off, upplug the sensor assy and release the clips on the sensor assy. and remove. Install the new sensor assy. and plug the electrical connection back in. replace the 6 bolts and screw the bolts evenly around the Stator. replace the Rotor Assy. and secure the 17mm bolt. Replace the back cover (4 - philips screws. Do a test load.

During spin cycles our washer makes a high pitch clicking noise. Is that a sign the tub bearing in the rear is failing?
For model number WM3875HVCA
Hi Richard,
Thank you for your question. If your washer makes a clicking sound during the spin cycle, it is likely caused by an object stuck between the tub and the drum. If you hear a clicking noise when you turn the drum by hand when the washer is not in use, then there is an object stuck there. You will need to access this area and remove the object causing the noise. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!

My machine is giving me a LE code. When is spin my drum by hand it catches and doesn’t spin properly. I removed my rotor and drum spins freely. I just want to confirm that the rotor is most likely the problem, not the stator or bearing
For model number WM3997h*a
Hello Eric, thank you for your inquiry. We have researched your model and found that the LE error code indicates that the motor is locked, possibly due to a heavy wash load. We recommend replacing your rotor assembly with part number PS3532774. If you need help placing an order for it, please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
