Hi Demo, thank you for your question. There are two parts that you should check for this issue. The first part to test would be your water inlet valve. The valve has two solenoids that control either the dispenser or the ice maker. Even if your dispenser is working the ice maker solenoid may not be and vise versa. The valve can be tested with a multi meter and should be reading between 500 - 1500 ohms of resistance. If that part is testing correctly then you should look into your ice maker being the issue. Hello Ronald, Thank you for the question. You can try to remove the ice bin and reinstalling it by pushing it all the way back against the freezer wall. Allow time for Icemaker to cycle again to make cubes. Select Crushed Ice and then Cubed Ice and try to dispense the cubes. If this dose not help, leave the bin out of the appliance and allow any ice build up melt just in case it is interfering with the crushers. If it still will not make cubes, you may need to replace the Solenoid Assembly, Part Number: PS3598223. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
