Part number available on your listing is 241973712 looks exactly the same.Part select ps3503803. can you tell me if they are interchangeable?

Powere went up and down in town and now for the second time my display board was indicating sy - cf, then sy- ce and now nothing. I believe this is the right part as it was replaced just less than 3 years ago. I noticed that it was really easy to remove the frame of the display and replace it. Could you please let me know if i can replace it myself? Is the price the total cost including shipping?

Hi Martine, thank you for your question. Unfortunately that error code generally means that there is a communication error between your control board and the main board of your appliance. Fridge stopped working no digital display on the front either just completely dead. Made sure the circuit breaker wasn’t tripped and that there was power to the plug. Curious as to what the problem could be or if it’s worth putting the time or money into having it repaired. Any advice would help thanks.

Thermostat reading for the freezer is not correct. Temperature inside the freezer is zero, the led reading the door indicates 54? The refrigerator side reading is correct. The temperature led reading seems to be going down, but it is taking a very long time. What is going on?

Hi Don,
Thank you for your question. If the temperature reading inside the refrigerator is not reading correctly, the issue may be the temperature sensors. It is the temperature sensing thermistor, it detects the temperature inside the refrigerator and sends information to the electronic control. The issue could also be the electronic control board.
