Electronic Control Board

Hello Tony, thank you for writing. The EOC unit is a self contained unit that is screwed into the control panel. It is very simple to repair. Unplug the unit, pull the unit out to access the back side. You remove the panel behind the control section, take a picture of the part as its installed so that you know where to re-connect the wires. Unscrew the control board, and re-install the new one. If the door is out of alignment and does not make contact with the door switch, then the light will not shut off. You should also check the light switch to see if it is faulty, the wiring and the electronic control board to see if one these parts is causing the issue. Hi Thomas, thank you for contacting us. The error code F11 is a shorted key error. It means a key on the keypad has been detected as pressed in for a long time. This might happen if there is corrosion on the control panel surface or board, which can form because of humidity. We would recommend removing the control panel and cleaning the control board with alcohol gently. Let it dry out properly and then replace it again. If this does not help, you will need to replace the control board, part number PS3502452. The white overlay with the buttons, part number PS3502443, will fit your model.
