Does this part come with the attached face or do you have to remove the face from the old control board?

I have a bad control board. Yours looks identical except mine has a row of wires terminated on the relay side (left).

The control board is burning bake wire (yellow) p2 connector terminal. Melting and burning board, replace the part worked for awhile, same thing happened to new board. Any ideas what to replace with board. Element and temp prob have been replaced recently.
