Drawer slide broke due to overloading with beer.
First I took a beer out and opened it then took a sip. Then I went into my garage and searched for my Black and Decker power drill with a phililps head on it. Failure to locate a phillips head bit i took another sip of beer and took out one of those old fashion screw drivers. I went back into the kitchen and much to my dismay the fridge didnt fix itself. After another sip of beer I took the old slide out and took it to the outside garbage. On my way around the house my neighbor started to mock my home fix-it skills and his back yard became the new home for the broken slide. I put the new slide in, reinstalled the drawer, and filled it with beer.

Broken plastic parts
Cleaned the refrigerator as the old parts were removed. Installed new parts as the old parts were removed so as to easily identify the replacement parts. Very easy and wife was extremely happy after old plastic parts self destructed over a period of months and refrigerator was essentially unusable on the bottom two drawers.

Plastic support rails of veggie and deli drawer broke
I looked at the first problem for about a year thinking that I would get to it. But when the deli drawer support broke, we were in trouble. Or I was. My wife demanded that I fix it or she would make "THE CALL". And that meant some real cheese - and not from the deli drawer, either.
When I found your website (by chance) it was the first that used exploded views to help identify specific parts. This was the first of the 3 sites that I had looked at that did that and this method clicked with my way of looking at things.
From there it was easy to identify the correct parts, make the order and then have about three days of peace until the parts arrived. Looking for a few brownie points, I installed them while my wife was out shopping and had everything back together by the time she got home.
Thanks for your fast service and your friendly website. If I need help again, I'll be getting back with you.

the cheap plastic drawer holders broke!
Not only were the parts delivered in 2 days....but a phillips head screw driver and matching up the new rails with the old ones turned out to be a super easy and fast repair!! A monkey could do this repair!! But now I noticed the left hand top drawer rail is cracked! It stinks that the quality of the original parts are so poor...but at least I'm saving some money doing it myself!!!

Storage Drawers Slides were broken
First I removed all the broken pieces with a screwdriver. I then installed the upper drawer slides and then the lower. Put the glass in was easy. All you had to do was put it in the slots on top of the drawers. The filter of course was unscrew the old one and screw on the new one. All in all is was an easy experience. Too bad it took us over a year to order the parts.
