Broken burner and old drip pans not able to get clean
Actually, no repair was needed. I just removed the old drip pans and my burners snap in and out, so it could not have been easier! I simply looked up the parts on your web-site, ordered and completed my transaction in about 5 minutes. The parts were delivered in two days - amazing! It could not have been easier!!!!!! I don't like to shop and this would have taken me forever to find a place that would have helped me locate parts.
After trying for many years to buy the "cheap" drip pans in the store, "They never fit right", I decided to order the correct drip bowls. Now my stove top looks brand new, and my coil elements fit the proper way.

What material are the black drip pans made of? I'm trying to find replacement drip pans for my Mom's stove. We tried the gray ones and the paint just chipped off when she tried cleaning her stove. I don't want to make that mistake again.
