Refrigerator door was not dispensing water through the door. Replaced the water filter and it dispensed water for one day. Next day it stopped dispensing water and in addition now none of the other buttons are working, the light, the ice dispenser, the filter check light or lockout. Please advise Thank you

The ice does not dispense through the door. We have replaced the pad where you press to dispense the ice. The ice maker makes ice just doesn’t dispense it through the door. Please Advise. Thank you

Hello Julie, thank you for asking. Based on our research, this issue could be caused by jammed or frozen ice in the auger. You may need to remove and clean the bin. When new ice is produced, the dispenser should operate. If this does not help, you may need to replace the ice dispenser door motor, part number PS11749796. If the issue still exists, we would recommend replacing the dispenser control board, part number PS11740234. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order.
