Range showing error code f14 sometimes the oven will come on for a few minutes before error code comes on and some times the error code comes on as soon as you plug range on or push start on the oven. Range burners work fine and sometimes when the oven is off the oven will have a small amount of heat in it until you unplug the range. Would the circuit board ps2368737 be the correct board to change or something else wrong.

Thank you for your question. An F14 error code is a communication error between the display control board and the control panel assembly. If you have already unplugged and you are still having the same issue, the control panel assembly will need to be replaced. My range (model above) gives me an error E15. It seems the interface board has a communication problem. My board has a chip with firmware version 1.31, the same as shown on the picture. Can you confirm this should render the new board compatible with my appliance? Is the board in stock? What is approx delivery time to Calgary AB?
In case it would not work, do you accept return with a full refund?
If the board wouldn’t work, it seems I would need to replace the appliance.
