Can you tell me what the resting (room temp) ohm reading should be on this? I got 5.4k and it went lower when i held it to warm it up. I then stuck it on an ice pack, and it went above 12k. Seems to be working, just don't know what the baseline is. Thanks.
For model number 417.81102000
Hi Allen, thank you for your question. That really depends on what your room temperature is. However usually these types of thermistors should be reading 11 ohms or very close to it at room temperature. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

I am getting code e 71 and it says it is the outlet control thermistor. My question is it the heat duck thermistor or the blower thermistor?
For model number EIMED55IMB0
Hello Julius and thanks for writing.
When this code occurs it means replace thermistor in your case both of them. It is recommended to replace both parts at the same time. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.

my 2019 Electrolux Dryer stop DRYing after 10minutes and display LINT, there is no LINT, ducks been clean the unit taken apart and checked. It does the same when not connected to the outside DUCK. I replaced the HIGH LIMIT THERMOSTAT and same issue arise. Whats next to replace ? THERMISTOR ?
For model number EFDC317TIW2
Hello Richard, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, there is a lint filter assembly, part number PS12365508, in your washer. It is located inside the door behind the front panel. Please check part 27 in the schematic (link is attached). We would recommend locating it and cleaning the lint filter. If it is damaged, we would recommend replacing it. If this does not help, check the thermal fuse, part number PS4704883. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so. Good luck with your repair.

The dryer stopped working, including the lights. I unplugged it from the wall outlet, plugged it back up and the lights came on. When I tried to push the start button everything went off again. I had a new element so I changed it and it worked for a week. I turned it on this morning and the same thing happened. Can you help?
For model number EWMED65IRR0
Hello William,
Thanks for your question. This could be an issue with the high-limit thermostat. Try testing that with a multimeter for electrical continuity and replace it if it shows no continuity.
I hope this helps.
