Which glass plate goes on the microwave turntable on this Frigidaire microwave?

I need a new mounting bracket. I destroyed the old one and can’t get it to release from the microwave. I see 2 mounting brackets, this one and #45 on the diagram with a big price difference. I also need the template for drilling

Do i need both wall bracket and template for mounting microwave to wall?
