Great piece of product. Fit perfectly and easy to install.
Part was in great condition and perfectly fit the part it was replacing. My fridge now works like new. I would most definitely buy from them again. A whole lot cheaper than a new appliance. ??

Part fits as expected
The part matches the repair I needed, fits perfectly on my GE Profile fridge door. The new part's plastic piece that screws into the door looks more solid than the original. It was easy to install the replacement even without papier instructions in the box received.

What we were looking for
Came super fast, easy to install and was exactly what we were looking for. Just the top 'clasp' broke on our old part, but in reading other reviews we knew we had to get this entire part. Worked great.

Easy fix but make sure of the correct part number.
The part came fast. Unfortunately the assembly was too long. Obviously for a larger fridge capacity and smaller freezer. Make sure you check the correct part number. I don't think the dimensions were available. Good thing to include in the description to ensure correct fit. The good part is, I only needed the top plastic bracket which I was able to swap out. Fridge is back to normal.

The part worked as expected
The part worked as expect however it was on back order for 2 months. I was not informed how long the delay was expected to be. Without the mullion, the fridge was freezing the food. I had to discard a lot of food over the last 2 months due to freezing.

The articulated assembly hinge was broken
The repair was basically the removal of four screws holding the mullion assembly hinges (2) from the door, unplug the electrical connection, plug the new electrical connection in, feed the connection into the hole in the door and then replacing the screws through the hinges into the door.

A part that goes between the two upper doors had broken off
I was so pleased I got the correct part on the first try!
I know manufacturers use plastic because it's cheap and lightweight, but these parts break SO EASILY and it's ridiculous. At any rate, I used a Phillips head screwdriver to take off the old part- top and bottom. Then I needed another set of hands (or use the painter's tape) to hold it in place while I screwed in the new part, top and bottom. (2 screws each). Other than needing someone to help hold it in place while I did the first 2 screws, it was simple and one person can do it --You use the masking tape to hold it for the first two top screws if you have no help. Thank you

Refrigerator door mullion was broken and loose making it difficult to close the left side door.
Removed screws on broken mullion at top and bottom. Save screws; you’ll need them. Disposed of broken mullion panel. The wires from plug had severed and were dangling at the bottom. Removed the plug inside small opening at bottom of door using needle nose pliers . Held new mullion up to left door, lining up screw holes at top. Screwed in top screw first. Pulled female part of plug out of small opening; removed male plug. Inserted new plug located on mullion in and pushed plug back into small opening. Installed one screw at bottom. The second screw at bottom wouldn’t line up so didn’t use. Installed second screw at top. The new mullion panel functions perfectly, seals well, and works great!
