Great service
The switch that I needed for controlling a burner on our stove had started to malfunction.
Upon calling to get a new switch, the person I talked to was very helpful, what was great was being able for the both of us to look at the break down and the drawing of the location of the parts, that was a great help in identifying the switch I needed, plus the person I was talking to was able to cross reference the part numbers to ensure I was getting the proper switch.
The part arrived 3 days after ordering and was very easy to install.
Great service, if I have to get any parts for any of our appliances I will be coming back.

The right hand slngle burner goes on high no matter what the rotary knob is set to until it is set to about 1 and then goes off. It no longer has a gradient of temperature but is more like on full heat or off. I am guessing the rotary swtich is not working. Please confirm.

Both front burners on my range are dual heat burners. They both seem to run away with very high heat and the heat can't be regulated. The burner has to be turned off to stop the heat escalation. Will this part fit my range and fix the problems on the burners?
For model number LRE4213ST
Hi Ava, thank you for contacting us. Yes, the issue could be with this rotary switch, and it will fit into your model. It is designed to control the heat output of a surface burner on a range. When the control knob is turned, the switch regulates the electrical power sent to the burner, allowing for precise adjustment of cooking temperatures. We hope this sorts out your problem!

When turning on any control knob the front right burner also comes on and stays on until I turn the other burners off. It is a tri-burner and the smallest element stays on high once any burner is turned on. Please advise on part for repair

My left front burner which is a rapid heat or something to that effect goes to high and doesn't come down unless I turn the knob to off. The element works great, but the control isn't working. I suspect it's the switch? Can you recommend the correct part number to order please? (The LG site is brutal, thanks for having a user friendly website!!!)
