Hello. I received an i-60 code. Dishwasher is not get hot at all and not drying. should I replace sensor or whole pump?
For model number lgid2475QF3A
Hi Andrew, thank you for contacting us. The I60 error code appears when the temperature of the water inside the appliance is too high or a malfunction of the temperature sensor occurred. To resolve this, either press and hold the cancel button or turn the power off to the dishwasher for five minutes. If the error code still remains, the fault may lie with the, the heater on the circulation pump, the control panel and the hot water supply. We hope this helps you!
Getting an I20 code. What part do i need to fix it?
For model number FPID2498SF2A
Hello Bert, thank you for the great question. The error code I20 indicates there is a water level or pressure sensor problem. We recommend you replace the pressure sensor, part number PS12586275, to fix the issue. We hope this information helps!
I am getting an i30 alarm on my dishwasher. I have replaceced the high pressure sensor. I am still getting water leaking into the bottom from the overflow on the lower left of the unit. It happens well into the rinse cycle as the unit fills up. The unit drains fine and I have checked the drain hose for clogs and leaks and found none. I do not think this unit has an overflow sensor. Could a bad turbidity sensor cause the unit to fill to high? Please help!
For model number FGID2474QF0A
Hello Nick, thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the code you have provided and found that there are several reasons for this alarm. The first thing to do is to examine the leakage of the pan, then check the blockage of the drain system. Other reasons may include a faulty water inlet valve, bad turbidity sensor or a problem with the drain pump. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
I have read in a few places that sometimes the optical sensor doubles as a temperature sensor. I looked at the wiring harness on this part on my dishwasher, and there seems to be quite a few wires which tells me that the optical sensor may have a built-in thermostat to tell the dishwasher's main board the temperature of the internal water circulating through the basin. I have an i60 code but the heating element is working fine. I'm just not getting the temperatures that I think I should have, and at the end of the dishwashing cycle the dishes are clean but wet. I don't see a blower/vent fan on this unit either. Thoughts on whether the optical sensor might be the problem here?

Hello Ron, thank you for your question. The issue may be the Circulation Pump Assembly with Heater PS12365774. We have a photo online of item 6 in the Electrical schematic. We hope this helps.
