The microwave runs but does not heat. The turntable also does not turn. Do you have any idea what parts i need?

Hello James, thank you for inquiring. Replacing the Primary Door Interlock Switch part PS237015 will most likely fix both of those issues. We hope this helps.

every thing works no heat checked all switches

Hello Gene, thank you for your question. We recommend checking the Fuse PS1481237 first. If that did not fix the issue, try the Diode PS16219547.
