Part is perfect, but came with zero guidance
The part arrived on schedule and in perfect condition, and is working great now that I’ve installed it. Thank goodness for folks who post “how-to” videos on YouTube, as the part came with zero instructional literature - not even a ‘go online for installation guidance’ paper. Either one of those works seem to me to make an inexpensive value-add that would drive up customer satisfaction.
