The drum has 1 location for the shock absorbers installation but the washer pan has 3 locations for each shock. For my Model which of the 3 locations should I install the shock absorber? Thank you. My drum shakes severely at the start of the spin cycle.

I replaced all 4 shock absorbers and my washer drum continues to vibrate excessively at the start of the spin cycle. Washer is about 3 years old.

There are several locations that the drum shock absorbers could be installed. What is the correct locations for my model please.

Hello Tom, thank you for your question. You can see on the outer side of the outer tub, there are four spots that have a flat area where each shock will attach. We hope is helpful.
