My racks fall when i put items to bake on them. Don't know why, but they do. It seems as if they are not as wide as should be and won't stay on the inserts. I am wondering if i should just buy another set? When i first bought the stove, i did self clean with them in the stove. Do you think that had something to do with it? I am absolutely puzzled.

Hello Dorothy, Thank you for the question. This normally happens when the Cavity of the oven (walls) become warped and the racks can no longer reach the brackets to stay in place. We do not sell the oven Cavity sorry. For more specialized assistance or to speak with someone about this, I would suggest calling the manufacturer of the appliance directly. Hope this helps!
