If I’m continually getting code f13 and have to unplug and re plug in my range for the oven to work, does that mean that the control board needs to be replaced?
For model number Lggf3043kfm
Hello Darlene, Thank you for the question. The "F13" error code means "Bad EEPROM identification/Checksum error". If reseting the power did not help then according to Frigidaire suggested corrective action the electronic oven control (aka Electronic Control Board) has to be replaced. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

Oven does not work. Igniter for stove top does not work, no display, no oven light, and oven glow plug/ igniter does not power up. Essentially we have a 5 burner top stove that we must use a propane lighter to even use the top burners.
For model number BGGF3045RFC
Hello Brian, thank you for your question. The electronic control board operates the oven, display and clock. We would recommend replacing the Electronic control Part #: PS12071218 and the SPARK MODULE PartSelect Number: PS11770793. The spark module is the part that lights the top burners. I hope this helps!

Self clean does not engage & now oven will not heat up when activated to 350 degrees
For model number LGGF3044LQA
Hello Ronald, Thank you for the question. We suggest testing the Oven Sensor Probe. Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. If the Probe is good, you may have a defective Electronic Control Board. We hope this helps!

Follow up on my original question. Tried the Quick Bake mode & oven worked properly. Does this rule out the sensor?

Touch pad is not powered. Does not have power, also oven will not operate. Top burners work fine.
For model number LGGF3043KFM
Hello Morris, Thank you for your inquiry. If there is no power to the control board, check the wiring first for any visible damage. If that looks okay, then you need to replace the control board. Good luck with your repair.

F11 fault code will not clear with power off
Oven door locked
Have never used self clean
For model number Lggf3043kfs
Hi Chris,
Thank you for your question. The F11 error code is referring to a shorted key error. This code may appear if you have held down a button on the touchpad for too long. To remove the error code, press the cancel key to remove the code. If this does not help, the electronic control board will need to be replaced. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.
