The fridge icemaker would pit out crushed ice. No whole cubes
I had to remove everything inside including the surrounding box and disconnect all the wire connector s. The solenoid that was bad was behind the cover that the auger motor cover. . Job was easy after I determined I had to remove everything that was not attached to the back wall.

can't stop the water or ice from running the plastic lip dispenser won't return out

ICE AUGER NOT WORK,MOTOR NOT TURNING.EVERTHING ELSE WORKS WELL,

Thank you for your question. If the auger is not turning, it may be damaged and the ice container assembly will need to be replaced or the auger motor has failed and it will need to be replaced. The part number listed under your model number for the ice container assembly is PS10057214. The part number listed for the auger motor is PS3506221. A little plastic piece on the ice dispense lever broke. Can I just get an ice dispenser lever? I don't need a whole kit as far as I can tell.

Hi Paige, thank you for the great question. The ice dispenser lever you mentioned is not sold separately. You may need to replace the complete dispenser module, part number PS12071009. We hope this sort out your problem!
