cannot control the 2 larger burner elements, they go up too high or too low but no in the middle
will replacing rotary switch fix the problem?
also are the switches the same left, and right?
For model number lsse3029bd
Hello Antonio, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, the issue could be caused by a faulty switch. You may need to replace the left element switch, part number PS11761170, and the right element switch, part number PS11761169. The switch turns the surface element on and off and controls how much heat the element produces. If you need help placing an order for it, please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

The control rotary switch for the two larger burner elements, lg ebf62174902, do they also control the temp settings turning the burners off/on? Over past year, both switches have shut off the burners way too soon for the temp setting. The ultra heat burner on front left used to achieve 425f level, now it won't exceed 325f at Max setting. The other larger burner on the right front won't exceed 275f. Will changing these rotary switches fix this problem, or is there thermostats somewhere under the glass top? Any checks i can do once the switch has been removed? Thank you.
For model number LG LSE4613ST00
Hello Brad, Thank you for the question. Yes, the switches also turn the elements on and off. Replacing the switches should fix the issue. We hope this helps.
