Not getting adequate hot water in my LG top loader washer. HOT only delivers 55 degree F. and WARM results in about 74 degree water. I have checked and cleaned inlet filters and lines - OK. Is the problem likely the PCB or valve assembly?
For model number WT1501CW
Hello Bruce, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model number you have provided and you first want to check the hot water taps going into your washer to make sure they are fully opened and enough hot water is going into the machine. We recommend checking both the water inlet valve and the sensor switch with a multimeter to see if either is causing the issue. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. Good luck with your repair.
